“On-time, thorough and, thankfully, low-pressure. We had Capital Air out last year, and were subjected to (although we did not bend) to a hard-sell for a new Amana system install (which is unnecessary at this time, and I'm not even remotely sold on that brand, in any case). Thankfully, Mr. Wilson is entirely free of this variant of a repulsive "car salesman syndrome" and did not attempt to pressure us into purchase unheeded hardware. He's personable, sober and admirably low-key.
We are strongly inclined to retain Wilson's Heating & Air services, again.”
