“My Heat/Air system recently ceased working after a storm. I called and ask Stephen Wilson, who had installed the system two summers ago to come and diagnose the problem. Stephen worked my need in between other appointments on the same morning I called. Apparently, the breaker had been tripped during the recent storm. He pointed out where the breaker was and said there was no charge for this call. Since he was there, I asked him to look at a new thermostat I had purchase to see if it met my needs. After the discussion, I decided to return the very expensive one and purchased a more economical (MUCH simpler) one from Stephen. I also had been waiting for his new Maintenance Service, which he told me about on a service call last summer. With the discount and the Maintenance plan, I got a great deal! I highly recommend Wilson’s Heating and Air!”
